Motorcycle Chassis Plugs

These are parametric plugs for motorcycle frames. I've included presets for the Honda CB300R chassis and pillion holders. The frame plugs require a 20mm stem, but the left and right pillion holders are asymmetric: the left plug requires a 34.5mm stem while the right plug requires a 35mm stem.These plugs do not bear weight and may be printed with minimal infill. I've included print files for PLA and TPU.The model is parametric, so these plugs may be scaled to fit other frames. The OpenSCAD file contains support for fins, such as those found on Puig chassis plugs (see image below), and ribs, which are better suited for 3D printing. The fins do not print well in an FDM printer, so they are disabled by default.
