The cap prevents contamination of you bag or the tool box. The cap is tight enough to prevent it from accidentally falling off. The design of the uploaded files (see last picture) differs from the design of the cap in the photos. In addition, I uploaded a neutral file with no label. The brush is very common and is available as many different brands for a few euros / dollars.
