Here are the final parts of a motorcycle, carefully crafted and glued together with precision. Six separate components now form a cohesive whole, each one seamlessly integrated into the next. The layer height is set at a precise 0.12 mm, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Meanwhile, the shell thickness has been optimized to an impressive 0.8 mm, providing both strength and durability. Filling density has been set at a moderate 10%, striking a perfect balance between speed and detail. To achieve this level of quality, I employed a print speed of 40, allowing for efficient production without compromising on accuracy. The printer used is a Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2, renowned for its reliability and precision. I opted out of using rafts, instead choosing to rely on the robustness of my design to hold its shape. Supports were employed, however, to provide additional stability during the printing process. The resolution of the print is set at 0.12 mm layer height, resulting in a beautifully detailed finish. Infill density has been set at 10%, providing a comfortable balance between weight and structural integrity. With this setup, I was able to bring my design vision to life, creating a stunning motorcycle that showcases the capabilities of modern 3D printing technology.
