Motorbike fun design PART 2
thingiverse
Sorry for the delay, but here are the pieces needed to complete the bike frame. All parts were printed at 1.5 times their original size from the STL files. The rear axle and hubs were printed exactly as they appeared in the STLs, without any scaling. I wanted to upload the new parts while figuring out how to update my previous upload. Next up will be printing the engine components. To complete this project, you'll need to print two sets of front end forks, four disk brake assemblies, and two hubs for both the front and rear axles. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Up! Note that I use a Plus2 model. Rafts are enabled for easier removal after printing. Supports are also active for added stability during the printing process. Printing notes: To minimize cleanup time, I ensure all parts have minimal contact with the printer. For more solid components like front end forks and handlebars, I've increased fill density to as high as 65% for enhanced strength and durability.
