I created this tool specifically to assist in installing fork oil seals on my motorbike. It's most effective for standard, non-inverted forks, although you could adapt it by cutting it into two sections if needed. I designed the tool to fit 41mm fork tubes, but I adjusted the inner diameter to 42mm. After printing, it measured about 41.5mm, allowing a smooth slide onto the fork tube. If you require a different size, simply scale up or down as necessary. I put the tool through rigorous testing and found that it can support an impressive weight of 80kg with only 25% infill. While I haven't had the chance to test its functionality yet, waiting for new seals to arrive, I'm confident it will perform flawlessly when tested.
