The shell is reinforced for increased durability, while the wheel's diameter measures around 5 cm or 2 inches. The motor features a built-in gearbox and utilizes a roller skate bearing with a diameter of 22mm. The motor housing can be securely attached to the bearing using a 3mm bolt. Mounting holes have a diameter of 3mm as well. This design is suitable for robot vacuum cleaners, like the one featured in this Instructables project:http://www.instructables.com/id/Floor-vacuum-cleaner-robot-controlled-by-Arduino-w-1/. The model was created using the free software "PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 4.0", and the source 3D files can be found on GitHub with a .pk2 extension (https://github.com/satr/3D-models-Motor-Wheel-for-DC-motor). Any necessary corrections to STL files were made in the free software "netfabb Basic" (http://www.netfabb.com/basic.php).
