<p>This is a newly designed drive unit for my Nederlandse Spoorwegen Locomotor #362 - <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/181938-nederlandse-spoorwegen-locomotor-362-serie-200-300">https://www.printables.com/model/181938-nederlandse-spoorwegen-locomotor-362-serie-200-300</a></p><p>The idea is borrowed from "Bahndrucker": <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4764519">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4764519</a>.</p><p>Using 2 smaller motors driving the axles by beveled gears a very compact motor unit is achieved.</p><p>Required parts can be sourced on Ebay, AliExpress, Banggood, etc....</p><ul><li>2 Pcs 1:1 Bevel Gear 0.8M 15T 3 mm Boring Diameter M3 jackscrew Messing Bevel Gear</li><li>4 Pcs bearing MR63ZZ (6.0 x 2.5 x 3.0 mm - w x h x diam.)</li><li>2 Pcs DC 12V 800rpm 16GA050 Reduction Gear Motor (diameter: 16 mm)</li><li>4 Pcs M3 tapered screw (for frame)</li><li>4 Pcs M2 screw (for motors)</li><li>2 Pcs ~54 mm 3.0 mm metal (for axle)</li><li>4 Pcs LGB wheels (cut to remain only the plastic wheels)</li></ul><p> </p>
