My cousin's AEG (v2 gearbox) has experienced no issues since installation. Ensuring compliance with Thingiverse rules, this item comes with a rim facing the set screw when replacing the old shim plate, while adjusting the set screw for optimal motor height; printing settings include 100% infill, one perimeter (vertical shells), slow speed, and a small nozzle (.5mm recommended). Layer heights of .2mm or less are advisable.
