Recent updates include v3 files with design refinements and a set screw nut slot on the input base. These files are recommended for printing. On January 27th, four holes were added to the CUP which can be tapped for threads; insert bolts/screws, place a washer inside the CUP, add a spring or small rubber piece, and stack a torque adapter on top of the spring. To assemble, snap the base into the CUP and adjust the bolts to set the desired torque. This motor coupling features 8mm shaft openings and is designed to slip when a specific torque is reached. The torque limit can be adjusted by modifying screws or installing different springs of varying sizes and strengths between the cup and adapter. Tested successfully with PLA using active cooling at 100% infill at .2 with supports.
