Model rocket motor retainer that securely holds 29mm diameter motors in place by mounting directly to the aft end of the motor mount tube. Its design resembles the widely-used Estes retainer system, making it easier to work with than traditional nut-and-bolt retainers. Additionally, this innovative solution allows for flexibility when using motors of different lengths - as long as there is sufficient space within the body tube. The instructions for assembly are straightforward: first, attach the male piece to a motor mount tube with an outer diameter of 1.21 inches (30.7mm), which matches the dimensions of the LOC Precision thick-walled tube. When inserting the male piece onto the tube, the flange on its inner side acts as a stop point for the tube when bonding with epoxy. After successfully mounting the male piece to the tube, insert the motor and secure it in place by attaching the female piece - thus ensuring a snug fit during flight.
