This is the ultimate tool for your Evolve Board to set belt tension fast and easy. It's particularly helpful if you frequently change setups, like switching from street to all-terrain mode and vice versa. => 100% reproducible, with no distinction between left and right belts! To do this, adjust the tension as usual once before adjusting the tool to the correct distance using the adjusting screw. It's highly recommended to have a tool for each gear size. In this case, there is a motor-side part labeled "1", "2", "Street" and "AT" (all variants have the same dimensions) for easier distinction. The inner diameter of Part-2 may need some minor adjustment using grinding tools like sandpaper or a round file to ensure smooth movement. The nut requires gentle hammering to secure it in place. You'll also need an M5 nut and a M5 cylinder head screw DIN7984 (low head) - the normal head will work too, but it's less convenient. I printed this tool using PLA with 60% filling and a resolution of 0.2 mm, along with support structure. Have fun and enjoy your cool ride!
