Motor Phase Wire Grommet for 17mm Dia wire

I needed a custom grommet to route the 17mm OD phase wires from the motor to the controller through the bulkhead on our ~1000 hp electric land speed vehicle, the Green Envy. We're talking four Cascadia PM100 controllers powering two AVID AF240 motors with two stators each, which means four sets of three 50mm2 coaxial phase leads for each. These need to be sealed where they pass through the bottom of the bulkhead to keep salt and dust out of the delicate electronics. I printed these custom grommets on my Lulzbot Taz5 printer, a go-to choice when you need to print NinjaFlex flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament. The interchangeable extruders allow you to swap heads for one specifically designed for flexible filament. I've included the Autodesk Inventor 2018 file so you can alter the design to suit your specific application needs.
