This is a versatile 37mm diameter motor mount I frequently use. I install two 3mm long screws for added stability. You only need to reinforce it if it's subject to excessive load. The four holes on the mount are oblong, allowing for easy alignment during installation. When selecting the screws that secure the motor, choose the right length to avoid damaging the gear or female thread.
