This motor is well-suited for e-scooter and electric skate projects. I anticipate that this motor mount will work seamlessly with the entire SK8 motor line (blue ones) due to identical bolt hole spacing. The design incorporates holes for metal washers, preventing excessive damage to PLA while screwing bolts in place. Additionally, triangular side holes are included to add a metallic reinforcing plate and prevent delamination issues. I have successfully used this motor mount on my e-scooter with no signs of wear after several months of use. To maximize strength over print time (approximately 1 day and 4 hours) and PLA cost (around 200g), I employed specific printing settings. The architecture of my e-scooter frame necessitated this edge, which creates an overhang requiring support. However, you can easily modify it or sink it into the bed in your slicer to avoid any issues.
