I built this motor mount after breaking two of the flimsy standard fiberglass ones.\nThe idea came from a design posted by Physics_dude on http://thestuffwebuild.com/\nThis mount is designed for smaller motors with 34mm spacing.\nIt was printed in Polycarb, with a 10mm brim using ABS material to keep it secure.\nThe settings used were .75mm walls and .6mm top and bottom layers, with 20% infill.\nThe result is plenty strong enough for 1000kv motors and 10x4.5" props.\nIt doesn't interfere with the landing gear, although it may cause motor/esc cables to be a tiny bit tighter due to the extra length.
