I designed a 3D model in Onshape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9969a095eca2dcb8c809953d/w/724704808ce46cf22c2473ea/e/939b926aac8ea9932ae942e8 This design is a remix of the original found on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1025343. The model is specifically designed for use with 12mm tubes and features 16x19 holes suitable for motor placement, along with screw holes that accommodate up to 13mm screws with hexagon heads (max head diameter of 5.6mm). To print this design successfully, it's essential to use support material and a brim. A high infill percentage of 100% is also recommended. I utilized Slic3r Prusa Edition for slicing the model and printed it on my Prusa i3 Mk3 printer using PLA material. The resulting weight of the printed part is approximately 6.5 grams when made with PLA.
