Motor Mount Extruder

This direct-drive extruder, compatible with a NEMA 17 motor, offers versatility as it can function as a bowden extruder (with clamp included) or be mounted to Wade-compatible or i3 x carriage. It features M3 hardware for motor mounting and clamp, and supports both 623 and 625 bearings (with models provided for each). The extruder uses an MK7 drive gear and allows full access to the idler teeth during printing, with tension adjustment exposed. Clamps are designed for Graber i3 printers, using 6-32 English hardware; the user prefers clamp mounting over i3 built-in. Bowden mounts work with E3D hotends, ensuring complete filament guidance. Key features include adaptability, minimal part count, easy drive gear access, full guided filament path, strong clamping power, and compact size. Print without support, using onionskin for necessary supports up to .3mm layer heights. Adjust print height as needed for onionskin usage beyond this limit. Essential parts include 3 M3 socket cap screws (6mm or 8mm), 1 M20 screw, and 1 M3 nut; additional parts are required based on idler type and bearing size.
