Motor in Wheel Version 2.0

Updated Motor in Wheel module which is geared correctly, and reduces the diameter from 7 inches to 5.5 inches. Along with that, it was made with manufacturability in mind, splitting the stationary ring gear into 2 parts to allow for more complexity in each part, while still being reasonably manufacturable. Overall, I want to experiment with different to mount the motor to possibly decrease the width of the wheel, as that's the main thing holding it back so far.
