Motor holder (mount) for scooter type C5065
thingiverse
Mount for engine C5065 brushless. This micro scooter is built by a Swiss company and boasts revamped wheels, with the front ones measuring 175mm wide and the rear 152mm (about 6 inches) wide. To maximize power output, install a freewheel of either 13T or 16T on the motor. The rear wheel requires a freewheel ranging from 16T to 22T. You'll want to adjust the speed gear accordingly to optimize performance. If you opt for 16T, be prepared for some delay when getting started, but this will help preserve battery life. However, don't push it too hard - it can only handle an uphill grade of around 6%. The motor holder is designed for experimental purposes and further understanding its upgrades. There's also been a discovery about the external wall heating in use found but, luckily, the kilometerage passed without consequences. If you're serious about building this scooter, make sure to use controlers with at least 150A rating; any less than that will overheat and fail - so 100A is a no-go! Feel free to leave any questions or doubts in comments, and I'll be more than happy to assist, as others have gained valuable experience.
