Motor holder for brushless engine C6364
thingiverse
It's designed for the engine type 6364C. The scooter is made in Switzerland with remade wheels on both ends - the front wheel measures 175mm, and the rear one 152mm (about 6 inches wide). On the motor, a freewheel is available with 13T or 16T; at the back, it can go up to 22T. Choose what power you need. If you install a 16T freewheel, make sure you start with good speed to avoid any trouble. On the plus side, this will help conserve battery life, although it's not suitable for hills steeper than 6%. The motor casing was designed for inspection and future improvement ideas. Using heat sinks on the outside has shown good results; no harm should come from traveling some distance like that. If you decide to build your own scooter, please use controlers rated at 150A or higher - using anything below this value can be disastrous (100A and less can overheat).
