How to Assemble the Gearbox: Check out this tutorial on assembling the gearbox: https://youtu.be/W3gJ8Fz_9Tw. This gearbox is designed for various motors, and I created it as a test of durable 3D printed gears. The assembly process is part of a larger project I'm working on, which may be useful to some makers out there. Assembling the gearbox is relatively easy, and it runs smoothly once completed. The reduction ratio is approximately 1:6.5, resulting in higher torque - a significant advantage for motor applications. You can use this gearbox with DC or brushless motors featuring a mount diameter of 19mm or 16mm. Alternatively, you can add more holes to accommodate different configurations. Required parts: * 1x Motor * 2x M3 or M2 countersunk screws for the motor * 2x M3x10mm countersunk screws for the case * 1x M2x6mm screw * 2x M2 screws to secure the gears * 1x 3mm axis or M3x10mm screw * 2x bearing 623zz (3x10x4mm) * 1x bearing MR63zz (3x6x2.5mm) I hope you find this gearbox assembly tutorial helpful!
