Print Settings Printer Prusa I3 Rafts No Supports No Notes Slicing with Slic3r resulted in a faulty cap despite its on-screen appearance. Reslicing with Cura resolved the issue and produced a correct print. Therefore, it is recommended to use Cura for slicing.
