Motor Controller Case - HiTec

This is a highly modified version of the HiTec Motor Controller case. Having repeatedly had the screw holes and tabs become damaged over the years, I thought this would be incredibly useful to replicate and replace the bottom half of the case. I've made a significant adjustment so that the holes on the tabs are a bit smaller to work perfectly with the 6-32 screws typically used to attach them. I encourage folks to take the STEP file and do some remixing to come up with new and better ways to connect these to robot chassis. Although they're old, I'm confident there are still many FTC teams still using them out there. The top is split into two files because it made printing a lot easier and I didn't see any real problem with doing it that way. Trying to print the top as one piece with supports didn't work well, but feel free if you so choose. Print Settings Printer Brand: Deezmaker Printer: Bukito Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I used clear PLA for the top so the LED lights would be visible. Infill for the top was reduced to 10% to make it clearer. How I Designed This This file was made starting from the available 3D files for Tetrix. From there, it was split up and modified using 123D with a lot of precision and care.
