Gearbox design for Maximizing Torque and Precision control valve through Electric Motor.This gearbox Transmits a Gear Ratio of approximately 1:100 .This assembly features a simple spur gear with a 1.5 gear module .The casing is designed to be easily manufactured using plastic injection moulding or any other manufacturing process.Gears are made from lightweight aluminium or durable nylon materials, fabricated using advanced 3-axis machining or hobbing processes.Materials used for the worm include aluminium, mild steel, or stainless steel .Lid material can be the same as the casing material or a different, high-strength alloy.Assuming a motor speed of 500 rpm, the output shaft rotates at 5 rpm, resulting in a rotation time of 12 seconds per cycle.Increasing the motor speed to 1000 RPM causes the output shaft to rotate at 10 rpm, with a corresponding reduction in rotation time to 6 seconds per cycle.Use of a DC stepper motor allows for torque levels ranging from 2.5 kg.cm to 10 kg.cm (0.24 N.m to 0.98N.m)At this gear ratio and 70% efficiency, the gearbox transmits sufficient torque to power the Hydraulic valve with precision.
