This updated motor clamp plate enhances the Replicator Extruder performance by incorporating a stop feature to keep filament guide tube collets from slipping out of place. During construction, using ABS plastic with a 1.008 scale factor to account for thermal shrinkage and a 20% infill is recommended. Post-build, simply insert the original OEM part's collets into the new plate, ensuring that the solid ring end is placed upward, as shown in the finished photo.
