Motor Brush Plug

This is a custom plug to hold the motor brush on a Chicago Electric / Harbor Freight 14" cutoff saw. The plug measures 20 mm in total width, with a cylinder that's 19.5mm across and features 0.2 mm ridges to securely catch the threads of the hole. Update - I redesigned this plug using Openscad and made it fully customizable by adding parameters for precise adjustments. Print Settings: Printer: M3D Rafts: Not necessary in this case Supports: None required Resolution: Set at 250 microns for optimal print quality Infill: A moderate infill of 14% is sufficient for this design, providing a good balance between weight and structural integrity
