Create a larger boat by scaling up the original design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:204303) to 200% and modifying the bow. The boat can be printed in two parts, each 162mm high. It features a propeller drive and rudder control, designed for use with a Roxxy BL-Outrunner motor (http://www.robbe.de/roxxy-bl-outrunner-2834-08.html), which may be too powerful without speed control. To address this issue, the user is waiting for a receiver to adjust the speed. In the meantime, a smaller 24mm DC motor was added with a custom mount. The driving shaft is a 3mm rod (130mm long with an 11mm M3 thread on one end), and the stern tube is made from 4/3mm brass tubing. Use at your own risk, and test on flat water without waves for safety. Printing recommendations include using the spiral vase method, a layer height of 0.3mm, and a width of 0.6mm. The hull is 3mm thick, and the stern is 1.2mm thick, requiring four solid layers on the bottom and none on top for proper printing. The bow should be printed without solid layers and with just a small brim, adjusting temperature and speed gradually as needed. The interface pieces should be placed fifty-fifty in the gap of each hull part for alignment and gluing, with edges masked before applying glue. For drive, a smaller 24mm DC motor (with a 2mm shaft) can be used as an alternative to the Roxxy BL-Outrunner. A heat shrink coupling made from two tubes (one small, one larger) should be fastened to the motor shaft for proper connection.
