Moto Guzzi V85TT Screen Adjust Spacer
thingiverse
On the Moto Guzzi V85TT there are M6 screws holding the screen at a given rake. To adjust that rake you loosen the screws with an Allen key. To make this easier, we can use an M6 thumb knob screw. You will need (two of each): Thumb knob screw - M6 x 50mm M6 flat washer M6 spring washer The mudguard washers that come on the original screw - on the bike I used the black spacers pictured on my bike. I coated them with XTC-3D with a black mica filler just for fun, not required. The spring washer gives a slightly better feel upon tightening. Optional. You can delete the flat washer if you don't use the spring washer. The profile on the top of these spacers is a little funky to give a nice tight fit with most thumb knob screws. The bottom end is for a hex socket to screw them on - only required if there's not enough tolerance - depends on the accuracy of your printer. Not a big deal. There's two models. The regular one is shown pictured - you can see the join between the spacer and knob. Use the "short" one if you want to move that join back in.
