Moto Guzzi V85TT Extra Instrument Pod

This design is to help mount extra instruments near the dash of a V85TT Moto Guzzi - for example a TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) or a Garmin style bike computer. These clamp onto the bar near the windscreen clamp. On my bike they do not foul with any moving parts on the bike (screen bracket, bars etc). They are set up to lean in at about 14 degrees from vertical. The brackets key into the welded web underneath to ensure they don't spin. I've placed the central mounting hole to suit the TPMS's that I've seen, some with a magnetic charging port underneath the right edge. Some have a tapered mounting on the back, but those with a flat back should straddle the tapered hole on the model. There are three sets of designs here. For each design there is a left and right: 1 - No logo (shown as the Italian Flag theme in the photos) 2 - Logo with no logo colour clashing the body colour 3 - Logo contained within an insert to allow for more choice of colours for the body The "Logo" mentioned is the three triangle theme device used around the bike. In my case I printed the logo pieces in three different colours to make the Italian Flag. If you want to print without the logo, print "Left" or "Right Body - No Logo", and a "Left" or "Right Clamp" If you want just the plain black body, and coloured inserts, like the flag, print "Left" or "Right Body - Black with Logo" and "Left" or "Right Clamp". You could also print in any colour with contrasting logo colour. You'll also need to print the "Logo Single" in whatever colours you want - three per side. If you want to print with the logo but one of the logo colours the same as the body, print the Insert set. There's a picture above to show how this works. For example to print a red body and Italian flag (contains red), use this model. Print "Left" or "Right Body - Coloured Triplet Insert" in the body colour. Print the "Triplet Insert for Coloured" in a contrasting colour, and three of the "Logo Single" models in the desired colours. Print the "Clamp" in the body colour. The "Logo" and "Insert" models are a tight fit, but you might want to put a drop of superglue behind them. In the pictures I have rough sanded them with wet "wet and dry" but I'll coat with XTC-3D before I'm finished.
