Reinforcement for the elevator(stabilator) hinge. Some have experienced that the elevator/stabilator hinges comes loose with chatastropic failure as result. There is a bulletin from MotionRC to check the mounts during build and this modification might be a little bit of overkill but better to be safe then sorry. Print and glue with the stock motionRC glue(white tube) or something similar that doesn't dissolve the F-18 EPS plastic. Make sure not to get glue on the elevator/stabilator steel shaft or the bearings attacthed to it. Print settings: Almost any filament can be used but it should be able to glue to the EPS plastic. Suggest PLA: strong, low flex and easy to glue.
