Mothership A6
thingiverse
This is my vision for the extruder cooling of the A6. Through a strong server fan, air is directed through the extruder channel past the extruder motor and into a heat sink (40x40) with a cutout to accommodate the filament without disassembling the extruder. I have used a heat sink with a 4mm thick base and adapted it. Drill or milling work required!! A snorkel below the slide hose directly attaches to the tubing, making it possible to print continuous pressures at the thermal limit of the components without clogging.
