Update 23 DEC 2019---Replaced Bottom mount w/ inserts file with a better one that wasn't artifacting. v2 Update 23 Dec 2019---Removed the previous files and replaced them with updated versions of the mounts. I completely remodeled the mounts as I didn't like how flimsy the model was on key parts and how much filament was needed to print them. These models print with reduced amount of filament while maintaining strength in the areas that matter. -Still based on the 80/20 rails -Bracket files come with and without the threaded insert holes (M4). I used these inserts for the top bracket (https://amzn.to/2QfoipI) and this for the bottom bracket (https://amzn.to/2MkAHI7). It is recommended to use them as they will strengthen the mounts. -Print this in PETG or ABS, do not print in PLA or any other material that is easily susceptible to moderate temperature change. I also plan on using a very short to no standoff at all. If I am going the no standoff route, I plan on using thermal pads (cutting to size on the mount themselves) -Both mounts are a little less than 258mm long, Take that into consideration when its time to slice and print. Let me know if I need to slice the models in half to make it easier to print these. Until I can get some prototype prints of them to test out I am pretty sure I am going to stay with the design of the model. Until I am completely satisfied with how the model/prints perform, this is staying as a work-in-progress design. 12 AUG 2019---This design is still a work in progress (90% complete). You can still print and use this but keep in mind: -This is based on the 1in rail -M2.5 mounting holes (might change in the future) -The current design will have GPU mounting problems (working on a fix, see below) -Also working on rail inserts (will include them very soon) I hope this helps those with mounting problems on open-air rigs with rails. I designed this for myself so I can build a rig in the future, mostly 3d printed. As I was designing this I thought about how strong it would be as I want to put full-length GPUs w/ waterblocks with M2.5 bolts and nuts to secure it all. I will add alternate designs for those to want to use threaded inserts. As is, without proper clearance with standoffs the GPUs will interfere with the T/L bracket. I am designing a bracket and will add it here after I nail down the measurements. Print with a lot of shells if you want strength around the mounting holes.
