Re-published 07/22/18 Update: 01/09/18 There's a newer, larger version of this thing available at the following link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3078715 I've re-published this because the last upload was put under moderation. The only reason I can find that might be considered controversial is comparing the quality of the fan purchased below to a very high-end car owned by a certain German manufacturer. This probably upset some overpaid individual with plagiarism software, who reported me. Unfortunately, the moderators of this site weren't well-mannered enough to inform me and don't seem to want to fix the issue, so I've re-published without any quality references and deleted the original. Any way, rant over; hopefully available again for download. All files are identical to the previous upload. This is a remix of the 9rty's brilliant Zrib cover for the Zonestar P802Q series. In this remix, I: 1. Castellated the Lid slot retention so the lid with fan can be attached without removing the X-axis stepper motor. 2. Increased the number of ventilation slots. 3. Provided cable access holes on either side of the enclosure to route stepper motor cables with less strain. 4. Added a few rads and a USB symbol. Update: MK2_1 Case & Cover 05/30/18 1. Changed lower cable ports into slots so the enclosure can be installed without disconnecting cables if necessary. 2. Removed vent slots adjacent to the corners to reduce potential ghosting when printing. 3. Added rads to top and bottom of vent slots to improve strength when printing (less likely to be sheared or pulled off by the nozzle) and appearance. 4. Increased fixing holes to 4mm diameter to provide some clearance when installing. The increased ventilation does make it a bit harder to print, so some people might remove these for easier printing. One of my stepper motor drivers was overheating, so I wanted to provide as much ventilation as possible. This enclosure requires an 80mm fan. I purchased one of these excellent fans - unfortunately, the Zonestar PSU fan is very noisy, and this expensive, quiet fan is probably negated by the noise. Although its cooling quality is great. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00NEMG9K6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
