Add a few moth balls to keep critters out of your garden and keep the leaves on your morning glories for up to 2 months. Align tabs on container with the arrows on the top piece, insert until it clicks. Base is not needed if just wanting to hang it. Otherwise will need a #8 x 3/8" to 1/2" long screw to fasten base to container.
