A customized version of the Quadrap 3D printer, developed by Shauki Bagadi and Mauro Manco and their Google+ community at https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/103539262895202172380. This is a complete CAD drawing of the Motedis QR 500, created with Autodesk Inventor 2015. The '500' refers to profile lengths of 500mm, resulting in a printing area of at least 300x300x300mm. The GT2 belt is 6mm wide, and for the z-stage wire system, use 2mm dyneema cord. Aluminium extrusions are 20x20 B-Typ Nut 6 from motedis.com. For white wheels, consult Mauro Manco on Google+. STL files info: The "drucken" named files have holes 0.5mm wider than in the CAD drawing because, when printed on a printer, the inner hole diameter shrinks by about 0.5mm. (UPDATE: As of March 2015) A new XY carriage with fan mount (XY Carriage V2) has been designed for the Motedis QR 500 3D printer.
