This is a homemade wheel stand made with standard lumber lengths, featuring a 32mm diameter for the UK and 38mm (1 1/2 inch) for those in non-metric countries. I used the 32mm versions myself so haven't personally tested the 38mm (1 1/2) version. The board I used to mount the wheel onto is 14mm thick. I've created a video showing the design and construction https://youtu.be/BiaWGaYnjUM The bolts I chose were four M5 x 30mm, two M8 x 70mm, and four M6 x 75mm.
