Mostly printed tumbler

If you print with bronze, copper, aluminum or steel filament, this can help you with the finish afterwards. Print all parts once and then repeat the process for a smoother finish. Get four standard skateboard ball bearings and attach them into the frame using the locking plugs printed three times extra. Next, obtain a geared electrical motor: From Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Cylewet-Motor-Shaft-Arduino-CYT1037/dp/B01N9MS3UZ/ Or from Kjell in Sweden: https://www.kjell.com/se/produkter/el-verktyg/elektronik/elektromekanik/motorer/luxorparts-hjul-med-motor-och-vaxellada-p90467 Or from Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32868653773.html Attach the motor gear to the motor shaft and insert it into the frame. As a power source, use a USB cable, strip it, and use the black and red wire for power. Simply twist each end, insert it into the holes on the motor, and bend them. Solder if desired. Place the container gear onto one of the caps, using a glove to protect your hand from cuts. Gently screw it into the container, then tighten it firmly. Repeat the process with the second cap and gear. Now you can fill the container with brass and steel screws and prepare for tumbling. Insert the item to be tumbled into the container, close the cap, and place the container in the frame so that the ends rest on the ball bearings. The gear should be on one of the caps and rest on the motor gear. If you give the motor power, it should rotate the motor gear, which in turn rotates the container gear, rotating the entire tumbler. Let it run for a couple of hours to achieve the desired polish. Check the result and continue if needed. Enjoy your DIY project! I built this item a while back but recently completed it. Feel free to build upon it or modify it to suit your needs. I created this project using Blender as my primary tool, which is also the software I use for most of my designs. The gears were created with a plugin for Blender, and the threads inside the container were designed by hand. If I had used Fusion 360, it would have taken me only 10 seconds to complete the design, but I would have had to learn a new program instead!
