Mostly Printed CNC - Tool holder for Mastergrip Rotary Tool

**Update 7/19/2015** **Rev8** resolves a clearance problem I only noticed after compiling this information. This version should now function properly. I already possess one of these Mastergrip tools, which I acquired from Costco several years ago and believe is the same model listed in the Amazon link below. This tool weighs 18.6 ounces. After installing it on the Z-axis pipes, it slides smoothly between the bolts. http://www.amazon.com/Mastergrip-190pc-Rotary-Tool-Accessory/dp/B005HKMASS This upper and lower tool holder I designed fits snugly around this tool after securing the bolt and nut in place. There is a 53mm distance between the nuts on the nut trap, which can be varied anywhere from 25mm to 70mm, but 53mm positions it away from the heat vents of the tool. I have not yet assembled this on the Z tower, but it appears to fit unless I overlooked something in the design. The bottom part is 49mm in diameter. The top part has a unique interior profile to accommodate protruding parts of the rotary tool. Required prints for this project are: 1. Tool_Holder_49mmLower_rev8_repaired.stl 2. Tool_Holder_52mmUpper_rev8_repaired.stl 3. 2 x Tool_Holder_53mmNut_Trap.stl (The MasterGripRotaryTool.stl is a rough model of the rotary tool for reference only) Print times on my printer were 2 hours, 10 minutes, and 45 seconds for the lower part and 1 hour, 38 minutes, and 40 seconds for the upper part. You can also edit the included OpenSCAD files instead. If the nut trap is not the correct size for you, you can use http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:907882 to create a custom size. Please feel free to point out any problems I may have overlooked in this design. I measured the no-load wattage of this rotary tool at 23 watts (low speed) and 60 watts (high speed).
