Mostly Printed CNC Revised Corner
thingiverse
This is a fresh approach for largely manufactured CNC. I conceptualized it to be used with the 80/20 structural elements (20mm x 20mm size) but this could be adapted with any square corner framework featuring holes in square corners to align the conduit tubes having a distance of 27.5mm center to center apart. (thanks go out to Allted) Additionally, this changes the clamping of the belts so they do not rely on the zip tie system. (Print with high infill for added strength) BOM- 8 - #6 x 3/4" long screw 8 - #6 Lock Nut 16 - 4mm x 10mm SHCS 16 - 4mm (20mm extension) Nut 4 - 20mm x 20mm Extrusion of equal length (height of assembly)
