Mostly Printed CNC QR Toolmount

The original plan was to test this concept but now the machine seems really useful and stable with one minor tweak still needed, a latching mechanism yet I know a simple hole and peg will get it done waiting for Router/milling head which is largest tool to find ideal spot for Latch and orientation. Today I encountered my first problem and though not initially apparent even the slightest discrepancy between my X and Y axis on Duo 2.0a caused a concern advice for others is print all parts in same direction as receiver to avoid tolerances that cause SLOP leading to poor output quality. A mount for Silverline 600w Multipurpose Router has been added still no latch but cut some old 4mm Hardboard with ease using 3mm end mill cutter it was a bit tougher than the foam test but caused no issues yet if needed I will just slip an elastic band under and over mount is the temporary security latch that works but loosens with use and eventually a latch will be required so thats next step.\nA design for a Quick Release head for Mostly Printed CNC IE version has been created using 25mm conduit, it's still in testing phase as I continue to refine it making tool heads easier to design and share is my goal, I welcome comments if you find it useful and work with it and would like me know that if you encounter any problems I will do my best to troubleshoot and fix.\nThis needs a locking mechanism and tool holder to be of real use basically a prototype illustrating an idea but should prove interesting to test.\nThe design has been tested on printer for size and fit of tool plate works smoothly with Mostly Printed CNC using 25mm tubes, next step is to add a latch and a tool holder and slow down the printing as I realize now that pushing i3 too fast wasn't good move this time no play in the slide mount but there's clearance issue with mounting screws that will be a problem needs a small countersink added.\nFlexible shaft mounts have been printed for 22mm, 21mm plus E3D V6 print head and Silverline Depth guage also for testing purposes until delivery of Silverstorm 600W 240V 1/4" Multipurpose Router still no latching mechanism as yet image has been uploaded.\nIt has now worked out to print part on three printers Deltabot, Wanhao i3 and Da Vinci 2.0a with all sorts of materials such as PLA,ABS and NuNus Semi Flex PLA in spite of the tight interference fit using these parts interchanging was still easy enough for testing.\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: \n Duet v1.x \n \n Rafts: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Supports: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2\n \n Infill: \n 70%\n Slicer: Simplify3D v3
