Mostly Printed CNC Corner Block Belt Clip v2
thingiverse
I reprinted the tensioner, but noticed the belt kept slipping out, so I added a cap to secure it firmly in place. Now, the belt is rock solid and ready for use. Next, I printed out 8 identical copies of the tensioner and attached them to the corner blocks using zip ties. To ensure proper installation, I referred to the original file that I modified, which included a video link providing clear visual instructions on how to attach them correctly. Here's my design process: I remixed this project by importing it into Tinkercad, where I was able to modify and improve its functionality.
