Laser Mount for Leo69 Laser I used this mount for my build of the 2.8 watt laser, which I purchased from Vicious1.com. This design does not require any supports. It is specifically designed to fit a particular heatsink and driver, but I'm sharing it here because some users may be able to utilize these affordable components. Once assembled, I mount the laser and focus it before attaching the cone. The heatsink fits loosely in place, so you might need to gently squeeze the sides while focusing the beam. After focusing, use the Z-axis to position the laser accurately. To achieve optimal focus, refer to this script: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUk8ttJmpz4 Heatsink Compatibility: This design may fit a few similar heatsinks, but I couldn't verify their dimensions. The crucial measurement is 22mm wide. You can find compatible heatsinks on eBay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Aluminum-Heat-Sink-Heatsink-for-12mm-Laser-Host-Base-NEW-/322012699176?hash=item4af973da28:g:-NcAAOSwll1WxoQ3. The driver I used is available on Amazon at http://amzn.to/28JyJiM. Print Settings: Printer: MP3DP, MPCNC Supports: No
