This is my remix of the Flat-fold Flippin' Phone Stand by alvinhochun. The original design was great, but as many of the remixers pointed out (and as I found out when trying to assemble the original), the hinges are clumsy. You shouldn't have to use a hairdryer to make a phone stand. These are the improvements I made: 1. The model is 25% thinner (not counting the hinge), making it easier to fit in your pocket. 2. The top and bottom print separately, however, the top is fully print-in-place and just pops onto the bottom with a simple fool-proof hinge. 3. Stoppers were added to the hook and the backplate to prevent those parts from going the wrong direction when folding the stand. 4. Print time is reduced to under 2 hours if you print at 0.2 mm layer height. Note: the "phone_stand_assembled.stl" is just for reference. DO NOT PRINT THIS MODEL. It will print as one solid piece which you will never be able to take apart.
