An interior focused scene created in 3D studio Max 2016 (also saved as v2013), a house with furnishings and decorated surfaces. Rendered with mental ray with render settings saved (for stills) and a saved Final gather file included. Numerous material files included for all the surfaces whilst some textures are native to Max. No light fittings applied for customisation and an open section to allow another flight of stairs if a loft extension is created.
