I fractured my original wooden forearm on my Mossberg 500 and chose to design and print my own replacement, opting out of purchasing a new one. To achieve optimal compression strength, use Cubic or Gyroid infill in your design. Due to the tighter fit, a rubber or nylon mallet is necessary to fully seat the forearm tube within the printer part. This method will only be compatible with the 12 gauge model of Mossberg 500.
