Mosquito Micro-Swiss direct-drive adapter

This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3534197/files I simply adapted the parts to fit a Micro-Swiss direct drive with linear rail mounting block (CR-10 V3 and probably Ender 3 as well). I've included another file for the Micro-Swiss wheel block version (the negative part is smaller than the linear rail version). Monoblock version which offer much more rigidity than if the parts were separated. The Mosquito adapter uses the protruding aluminium part of the mounting block to have more strenght (negative part cover the protruding part). I've adapted the BL Touch support block to allow enough clearance to have something around 1.5 to 2.0 mm of Z-Offset. On the fan adapter, I've simply added a hook to attach your wires using a tie-wrap. You'll need to drill the central hole where the Capricorn fitting goes in order to be able to screw it into the adapter (using pliers and pushing down).
