Mosquitoes predominantly breed in stagnant drainage water, thus causing problems when drains become blocked. The mosquito inhibitor machine can be used in such instances; it's a mechanical device requiring no extra power sources. To operate, fill its tank with an insecticide to kill mosquitoes and oil (mustard/kerosene) to increase water surface tension. Install the inhibitor on the drainage wall, adjusting the pendulum length accordingly. When water flows, the pendulum pushes a cylinder upward, releasing liquid when flow stops and water becomes stagnant. An adjustable knob controls the amount of liquid released. The inhibitor's design is optimized using Solid Edge software for a 32% mass reduction.
