Mosquito adapter for Sapphire PRO
thingiverse
My design of a complete Mosquito hotend adaptor for Two-Trees Sapphire PRO printer. Replaces the whole carriage, including the upper part. The general idea was to reach a minimal weight. The complete thing, including Carriage parts, two lateral fans, mosquito hotend with his fan, pneumatic connector, and x-end-detector, weigh less than 100 grams. All files are provided in STL, including a "mounted carriage" which is not obviously printable, but delivered so that you can view the way the thing is mounted from different angles. The version provided is a 4.5 millimeters thick body which seems to be a good compromise between weight and robustness. However, a 3.5 mm version, printed in PLA (yes !) works satisfactorily on my printer, and was used to print many iterations of the ABS version presented here
