Primary reason for this design is to more easily remove the prop guard. I fly both indoors and outdoors... indoors at home, I prefer the protection, but outdoors, ditching the guard adds a bit of performance (I think). This is a remake of jjd64's removable prop guard. Problems printing his version arose since the extensions that link the frame to the guard were not strong enough, and the joining was too fragile. This remake adjusts those issues. In my opinion, it now prints as strong as possible with the size limits. I also added a little groove in the attached pieces to reduce weight a bit without compromising strength. At best, because of how this mounts, there is room for movement, so a crash or hard knock will likely result in the prop guard hitting the props, but to date, I have not damaged props due to the frame. If you use this type of prop guard, then you must use the extra standoffs that came with the Moskito. You will also need to ensure that all your electronics are tucked away well since it is no longer held in by the frame. I might design something that replaces the standoffs and "casing". I added the inner guard as mentioned before, just to keep everything tidy... taken from lgb's frame: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2173393. This has three standoffs.... this is not a mistake. I preferred it like this so that I could access the USB port. It's perfectly stable thus far. A four-leg version has also been added
