This is a prototype made from plastic, designed for sizing up its dimensions and form before moving forward with production in actual cast aluminum. A robust stress test involving a force of 100 million psi applied internally as well as externally on 6061 aluminum exceeds expected performance parameters, further reinforcing gas port configurations through extensive plunging methods.
